# GoedGepickt

Create a GoedGepickt API key, find your webshop UUID, and send both to us. About 5 minutes.

> - **Plan needed:** GoedGepickt says all users have API access

GoedGepickt is often in Dutch. We show the Dutch label first, then English in brackets.

## Before you start

- Log in details for your GoedGepickt account.
- [OneTimeSecret](https://eu.onetimesecret.com) open in another tab. You will use it to send the key. [How it works](https://guide.upliftedconsulting.com/start-here/sending-securely.md).

## Part 1: Create the API key

### Step 1: Open Instellingen (Settings)

Log in to GoedGepickt. Click **Instellingen** (Settings).

### Step 2: Open GoedGepickt API

Click **GoedGepickt API**.

### Step 3: Name the key

In **Sleutelnaam** (Key name), type "Uplifted Consulting". Leave **API sleutel verloopt op** (API key expires on) empty, unless we agreed an end date.

### Step 4: Create and copy the key

Click **Sleutel aanmaken** (Create key). Copy the key straight away.

> **Careful:**
> GoedGepickt shows the key only once. If you close the page without copying it, you must create a new one.

## Part 2: Find your webshop UUID

### Step 1: Open Webshops

Go to **Instellingen** (Settings), then **Webshops**.

### Step 2: Click your webshop

Click the webshop we will connect to.

### Step 3: Copy the UUID from the address bar

Look at the web address at the top of your browser. The UUID is the long code right after `webshops/edit/`. Copy only that code.

> **Tip:**
> It looks like this: `1a2b3c4d-5e6f-7a8b-9c0d-1e2f3a4b5c6d`. Letters, numbers, and dashes.

## Send it to us

- [Send it with OneTimeSecret](https://guide.upliftedconsulting.com/start-here/sending-securely.md): Paste the API key and the webshop UUID into one OneTimeSecret note, each on its own labelled line. Create the link and send us **only the link**. Label it "GoedGepickt API key and webshop UUID".

## Something not right?

### I don't see Instellingen or GoedGepickt API

Your user may not have access to settings. Ask the account owner or an admin to do these steps.

### I have more than one webshop

Repeat Part 2 for each webshop we need. Send all UUIDs and say which shop each one belongs to.

### It asks me to pick a fulfilment customer

This appears if you use GoedGepickt Fulfilment. Ask us which customer to pick before you create the key. A key linked to one customer only sees that customer's data.
